Ryan Crosswell, Of Counsel at Singleton Schreiber, was featured in a televised segment on CNN’s Laura Coates Live, discussing his resignation from the DOJ’s Public Integrity Section after being directed to support the dismissal of the corruption case against NYC Mayor Eric Adams.
In the interview, Crosswell cited the treatment of his colleagues as a tipping point:
“The straw that broke the camel’s back was what happened to my colleagues… They were punished for doing the right thing.”
He also warned of the lasting impact on morale and trust within the department, calling on legal professionals and the public to stand firm in defense of the rule of law.
