Elizabeth Maniscalco

Elizabeth Maniscalco is an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber's San Diego office, where she represents individuals and families impacted by wildfires. She joined the firm in 2025 as a law clerk in the Fire Damages department and has since become an integral member of the firm's Fire Litigation practice group. 

Elizabeth brings exceptional trial advocacy skills to her practice. During law school, she competed on USD's National Mock Trial Team, earning both regional and national recognition for her courtroom abilities. She served as Chair of the team's board and was honored with the Michael T. Thorsnes Trial Advocacy Award, recognizing her as the outstanding member of the trial team. She was also inducted into the Order of Barristers, a prestigious national organization that honors top law students in advocacy skills. Elizabeth continues to give back to the advocacy community by serving as a coach for USD's National Mock Trial Team. 

While in law school, Elizabeth interned at the Women's Legal Clinic, where she supported survivors of domestic abuse and first-chaired a trial involving a custody dispute. She also clerked at a personal injury law firm, where she gained valuable experience working on complex personal injury and wrongful death cases. She is admitted to practice in California. 

Elizabeth earned her Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Chico. She is admitted to practice in California. 

As a native of Northern California, Elizabeth has a personal understanding of the devastating impact of wildfires on communities and families. This connection fuels her passion for helping clients navigate the difficult process of rebuilding their lives after catastrophic loss. Outside of her legal practice, Elizabeth enjoys visiting her family, wake surfing, and trying new recipes.
