Emily Min is an associate attorney in our Sacramento office and a member of our Fire Litigation, Mass Tort, and Class Action practice groups. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, Ms. Min interned for firms in Reno and Las Vegas in Nevada, as well as in Poughkeepsie, New York. She also served as a judicial extern for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada.
Ms. Min graduated from the University of California, Davis, School of Law, where she received a Witkin Award for Legal Research and Writing and served as the Senior Articles Editor for the Business Law Journal. She earned an undergraduate degree in Science, Technology and Society from Vassar College in New York. As a member of the a cappella group, the Vassar Devils, she sang at the White House for President Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama at their annual Holiday Gala and released two professionally recorded albums.
She is admitted to practice in California state courts.
In her free time, Ms. Min enjoys CrossFit, hiking, and attending music festivals.
