Overview

Justin Smith serves as Counsel in Singleton Schreiber’s Jackson, Mississippi office, where his practice focuses on personal injury, trucking, wrongful death, environmental litigation, and civil rights litigation. With extensive experience across multiple areas of law, Justin is dedicated to advocating for clients seeking justice and accountability through the legal system.

Over the course of his career, Justin has represented clients through every stage of litigation, including court hearings, arbitration and mediation, and appellate proceedings. His work has spanned personal injury actions, domestic relations disputes, criminal defense matters, workers’ compensation claims, medical malpractice cases, and breach of contract issues.

Justin earned his Juris Doctor from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law in 2014 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Dillard University, earned in 2004. He is admitted to practice in Mississippi and Louisiana.

He is an active member of the Mississippi State Bar Association, the Louisiana State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, the Mississippi Association for Justice, and the Tennessee Trial Lawyers Association.
