Zaira Pasco

Associate Attorney


Zaira Pasco is a California native. As a first-generation student, Ms. Pasco attended the University of California, Irvine, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Political Science. Next, she attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where she was selected to be a part of the Criminal Law Fellowship and Criminal Law Society. Ms. Pasco is admitted to practice before California state and federal courts. 

Throughout law school, Ms. Pasco gained first-hand knowledge of the adverse circumstances a client faces when dealing with a criminal proceeding. She became a major advocate for disadvantaged people while interning at the Public Defender’s Office for three years. There she was exposed to a variety of felonies and post-conviction matters. Ms. Pasco also interned with a private criminal defense firm where she assisted with Driving Under the Influence and Domestic Violence misdemeanor cases.

Now, Ms. Pasco uses her skills to advocate for the victims of wildfires. As a native Spanish speaker, she can communicate with clients whose first language is Spanish.

In her spare time, Ms. Pasco enjoys walking her two dogs and going to Disneyland with her family.
