Overview
Kassidy Lin Davis is an Associate Attorney at Singleton Schreiber, where she serves on the Personal Injury and Motion, Writs, and Appeals team. With a strong foundation in appellate advocacy and motion practice, Kassidy Lin brings precision, empathy, and a client-first mindset to every case. She is dedicated to securing justice for those harmed due to negligence.
Before joining Singleton Schreiber full-time, Kassidy Lin clerked at the California Department of Justice, Office of the Attorney General, supporting Deputy Attorney Generals in drafting legal arguments on complex constitutional and statutory issues. She also served as a Law Clerk at a prominent plaintiff firm, preparing legal memoranda, demand letters, and mediation briefs for a wide range of personal injury and product liability cases. As a member of California Western School of Law’s Appellate Moot Court team, Kassidy Lin earned national recognition, advancing to the semifinals in the prestigious Judge Thomas Tang National Competition.
Kassidy Lin earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where she was a Distinguished Advocate and received multiple Academic Excellence Awards. She holds a B.A. in Political Science from California State University, San Marcos. She is admitted to practice in California.
Outside the courtroom, Kassidy Lin is an avid gardener, cultivating over 100 plants in her balcony garden. She also enjoys jewelry-making, painting, and caring for her two cats, Wade and Yuna.
