ABOUT ME
Gella Esmele is a Temporary Settlement Accounting Specialist in the Accounting Department at Singleton Schreiber. She is excited to join the team and use her accounting background to support the firm’s settlement accounting efforts and the clients it serves. Having returned to her hometown of San Diego, Gella is grateful to contribute to a community that has given her and her family so much.
A first-generation college student, Gella attended St. John’s University in New York, where she served as President of PARE, the Filipino student organization, sat on the Student Budget Committee, and worked as a Student Manager for Campus Recreation. Before joining Singleton Schreiber, she completed internships in the media industry and most recently worked at Octagon as a Temporary Accounts Payable Specialist, supporting FIFA World Cup activations across the United States. She now brings that experience to the firm’s settlement accounting team.
Outside of work, Gella enjoys traveling (especially to visit friends on the East Coast), attending music festivals, and thrifting. She loves all things pink and Hello Kitty, pop music (girl groups in particular), comedy, and karaoke. Gella is also the proud owner of Tobi, a dog who occasionally visits the office to make new friends and play fetch!
