Misty James is a Senior Paralegal in the Environmental Litigation Department at Singleton Schreiber, based in the firm’s Denver office. Known for her professionalism and collaborative approach, Misty is a trusted resource to both attorneys and clients, bringing dedication, efficiency, and a wealth of practical experience to every case.

With nearly three decades of experience supporting attorneys in complex litigation, Misty has worked in legal markets across Phoenix, San Diego, Portland, and Denver, developing extensive knowledge of litigation procedures and case management. She provides comprehensive support throughout all phases of litigation, including case organization, discovery, document management, legal research, trial preparation, and coordination with clients, courts, and experts. Her meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and commitment to excellence help attorneys efficiently manage complex matters and deliver exceptional client service.
