Letitia Johnson, Managing Partner of the Southeastern Region, will serve as a panelist at the 2026 Annual Conference of the American Bar Association Section of State, Local, and Tribal Government Law in Chicago on July 30 – August 1, 2026.

Ms. Johnson will present on the CLE panel “Legal Pathways for Communities to Participate in Data Center Development” on Thursday, July 30. The session examines the zoning, permitting, and environmental review processes that govern data center siting, and how community benefits negotiations can give residents a meaningful voice in projects that reshape local land use, water demand, and energy infrastructure.
