The article highlights Colón’s appointment as Chair of the Board of Directors of the National Association of Latino Elected and Appointed Officials for the 2026–2027 term. In this role, he will help guide the organization’s efforts to train and support Latino elected and appointed officials across more than 40 states, strengthening leadership as NALEO approaches its 50th anniversary.
Colón brings more than three decades of experience in law, public service, and civic leadership.
